lars, 60 per cent of which lias actually

the privilege of increasing said capital
stock at any time to fifty thousand
($50,000.00) dollars upon u vote of a
bajority of the stockholders of said cor
poration.
6th—To liquidate and wind up said
business ah any time upon a two-thirds
vote of the outstanding stock.

a period of twenty (20) years with the
privilege of renewal at the expiration of
that time.
7th—Their home office and place of
doing business is to be in Richmond
County, Ga.

same, and have such directors and offi

row money, give promisory notes or

tracts under seal or otherwise as may
be deemed necessary to carry on said

powers, rights, privileges and immunities
us are conferred by law on such cor
porations not Inconsistent therewith.

assigns, after the publication of this pe
