TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29. PHONE 296 DEATHS LOCKETT —MR. A. J., died this raor'i ing at 5 o’clock at his residence, near Warrenton, Ga., in the 63rd year of his age, after a very short illness. The funeral services and interment was held this morning at 11 o'clock, at the Jones burial grounds. Besides his wife, Mrs. Moilie Lockett, deceased is surviv ed by two sons, Messrs. Thomas and Gordon I. Lockett and one daughter, Mrs. D. Wiggins. De ceased was a merchant-farmer near Warrenton. ROSS— MISS ANNIE LOUISE, the 16 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. Warren Ross died last night at her home in Atlanta, 21 North Warren street, Kirkwood. The re mains of deceased will arrive in Augusta tomorrow morning at 2 o’clock; the funeral services will be conducted from the Second Baptist church at 3 o’clock, Rev. O. P. Gilbert officiating, and the interment will follow in the city cemetery. EASLER, RUTH—The 1-ytte.r-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William L. Easier, died this morning at 1 o’clock at the residence of her parents, 1602 Jones Street, after a three months’ illness. The fun eral services were conducted from the residence this afternoon at 4:30 o’clock, Rev. H. L. Veach of ficiating, and the interment fol lowed in the West View Cemetery.
