i shades, worn with a ehlffon hlonae of
! soft yellow tones and a small brown
velvet finished with a touch of gold.

ji ally trimmed with two handsome

Holley, which was Impressively sol
emnised at ten o'clock this morning
at St. Paul's Church, Rev. O. Sher
wood Whitney officiating, and the
church being filled with Interested
friends.
Stalely old St. Paul's Is always
beautiful but this morning It was
especially so Slender palms were
grouped with artistic effect about the
chancel; white roses were used lit the
altar vases ami altar and reredos was
outlined wllli the steady gleam of
glowing candles The chancel mil
was hanked with palms pud ferns
which arched at the steps where white
marble pedestals held gold baskets
filled with Killarney roses which
were topped with fluffy Is'ws of pink
tulle. Over all was the golden morn
ing sun which filtered In through the
rlrh stain glass windows and seemed to
give an added benediction Vo the vows
so solemnly plighted Mr Sayre pre
sided nt the organ, and announced the
entrance of the bridal party with the
strains of Ihc wedding march. First
to enter with the ushers. Dr. Edward
Clark with Mr R. L Stimerau. Jr.
who were followed by Mr. Lonnie
Stothart with Mr. John Cosart. These
, advanced to the chancel where they
were Joined by Miss Ruth Marks who
entered alone. The bride entered
with her father, Mr Robert T.ee Sum
emu, and met the groom at the chan
, cel steps, he having entered from the
vestry with his best man. Mr. M. E.
Layfteld.
The bride wore a handsome travel
ing suit of blue broadcloth finished
with black and a stylish hat with
blue ostrich feathers. Her flowers
were a beautiful shower of bride
loses, valley lilies and malden-halr
fern.
Miss Marks wore a stylish kown of
white silk crepe embroidered and g
black velvet hat with white plumes.
Her flowers were Killarney roses.
The groom, his best man and the
ushers, wore gray trousers ties and
gloves with Prince Albert coats and

immediately after the ceremony Mr.
and Mrs. Holley left for the moun
tains of North Carolina, where they
will spend some time On their re
