Bulls were aided by the fact that the world’s available supply total did not show as large an increase as at the same time a year ago, and that supplies afloat fotr Europe had fallen off. After opening 1-4 off to 1-4 up, the market rose 1 to 1 8-8 above last night's level. Prospects for adverse weather gave firmness to corn. Opening prices ranged from a shade lower to 1-8 advance hut were followed by a decided general up turn. Oats hardened because of reports that country elevator stocks were much be low normal. Bower quotations for hogs made provisions sag. Signs that foreigners were willing to pay higher prices led afterward to an additional bulge In a eat. Closed un settled. 1 3-8 to 1 3-4 c above last night. Disappointment over husking returns tended to rally the corn market still more. Closed firm at a sain of 1 3-8 pet. Open. ITlglt. 7x».
