dated March 3rd. 1911, duly recorded in
the Clerk’s Office. Richmond Superior

day in November, 1914, before the court
house door of said County, during the
legal hours of sale:

a frontage of thirty (30) feet on the
north side of Broad street, between the
Harrisburg Bridge and Pearl Avenue,
and extending back between parallel
lines to the Augusta Canal. Bounded:
