Judge Johnson mixed -Justice with oratory and mercy with shrewdness. He surprised everybody by swearing the defendants, fined a man $10.75 for reckless driving, gave a hearty wel come to an old negro friend and fined him for stealing chickens, and settled a complicated dispute between Mi randy Jenkins and Sister Kvangelina Tittwller over the possession of the secret ritual of the Amalgamated Sons and Daughters of the Kobe of Ultjah.
