Prices 10 Cents, Afternoon; 10 and 20 Cents, Night. The amusement seekers generally have been inquiring as to when the Bijou would open up. as the has al- YR.va given amusement that is clean and entertaining for « small price and fills a place with the public that the movies do not. The movies, let It he understood, are o. k., but the Bijou offers more variety. It Is announced that the policy this season will surely meet with public favor, as the man agement has secured n. picture service that in itself is worth almost the ad mission price, which will he shown in conjunction with musical comedy tab loids that proved so popular last win ter and flayed to capacity audiences at Bijou. To a Herald reporter the Bijou management outlined the new policy of the house for this season, which will he read with Interest by the Btjouitea. First of all the matinee prices will he Just one-half what they were last season ten cents to all seats. This certainly sounds good. At night the price* are cut again, the entire bal cony being ten cents and entire lower flooor (Including boxes) w*ll be only twenty cents. This also should double the popularity of the Bijou. However, this Is not all three reel* of brand new pictures that are tree from “streaks" and ’Tain" will he a big fea ture, as heretofore only two reels have been run. However, the management this season has decided to eater to a larger volume of business and give more than ever before. These two fea tures are sure to increase the popular ity of the Bijou and the •public will doubtless respond to the liberal offer. Then another new and pleasing fea ture this season, under the new policy will be that the Bijou will run contin uously from i!; 30 to 5 p. m. and from 7:30 to 10 p. tn.
