patriation of the Belgian refugees In
Kngland has been under consideration
during the last few days. Thera has
been a certain division on this sub
ject In the Belgian Cabinet Itself, one
view being that the people should be
sent back to big cities like Antwerp
and ordinary commercial life resum
ed.
There are others who hold the view
that If tile people do return It Is Im
possible that commeridal and business
life can resume It* normal course*
under present circumstances, and

undesirable to have the ruined cities
