ENFORCEMENT OF LAW
Meeting Will Be Held at 8:30
O’clock Friday Night at the
Cotton Exchange.
Prominent citizens of Augusta from
all walks of life will assemble at the
Cotton Exchange Friday evening at S: 15

law-enforcement movement with respect
to the local liquor traffic and discuss
openly ami thoroughly the question of
whether or not, after January Ist, the
city of Augusta shall allow the sale of

It Is not only charged, but Is now gen

the knowledge of city officials, In whose
hands has rested the power to stop It.
Just what effect the results of Fri
