Stale, County, did on February 4th, 1909,
execute and deliver to Ramsey A-
wen, a partnership composed of William
W. Ramsey and Glenn W. Legwin, his
mortgage to the real estate hereinafter
mentioned, said mortgage being given
to secure a note for five hundred, eighty
three dollars i $583.00) due on November
Ist, 1909, with interest at per cent per
annum and Id per cent attorney's fees;

Whereas, in said conveyance a power
of attorney is given to Ramsey & Leg
wen, upon default In tne payment of the
note, to advertise said realty in any
