PRETTY GOWNS AT
COTILLION CL'JB.
Among the prettily gowned young
women at the cotillion given Thursday
by the Savannah Cotillion Club were:
Miss Josephine Clark wore blue ac
cordion plaited charrneuse. The sleeve
less bodice was of brocaded sliver and
blue, trimmed with black tulle, and
was held on the shoulders with nar
row straps.
Miss Kllza Schley wore a beautiful
dress of yellow satin veiled with a soft
tone of yellow net. The net corsage
was becomingly trimmed with deep
< ream lace and the very broad black
velvet girdle was finished with a but
terfly of Jet at one side.
Miss Jane Meldrim's lovely dress of
soft pale pink satin was made with
eight small ruffles trimmed with fish
scale forming the skirt, and the bodice
was formed of the broad satin girdle
held on the shoulders with narrow
straps.
Miss tlrnestlne Cults was in robin
egg blue taffeta, trimmed wdth sliver
lace. The full skirt was caught with
tiny pink rose buds and the short waist
and lac*, sleeves were finished with
sliver lace.
Miss Pleaaant Ktovall wore an Im
ported dress of white sattn trimmed
with real lace. The skirt was made
with a high waist and the long tunic
was of tnce. A cape of lace trimmed
with tulle and finished with a fringe of
