U. H. Tompkins is the manager of the
business and Fred C. Tompkins is the as
sistant manager. Both are experienced au
tomobile men, and both are thoroughly
trained business men. And they are build
ing the Studebaker business in Augusta
and the territory which they have as dis
tributors on a solid foundation.
A used car department is operated in
connection with the business and a hig
trade in used automobiles is carried on by
the firm.

WHILE this firm, composed of Frank Stal
ing and Charlie Nickerson has been es
tablished a little less than five years, they
are among the most important business fac
tors of the city of Augusta. Certain it is that
no two men enjoy a wider popularity or are
more generally liked than these two men.
Both are young men who from early boy
hood have served the Augusta shoe trade and
later as manager of local shoe stores in Au
gusta, all the while gaining a thorough knowl
edge of their line and building up a clientele
which now has followed them to their own
establishment.
Steliing-Nickerson Shoe Company is reputed to
have built up and now enjoys the largest mail
order shoe business in the Augusta section. They
specialize and handle exclusively for Augusta the
famous J. T. Cousins shoes for women and the
C. B. Slater's line for men and women.
They carry a complete line of Misses and
Children’s shoes and give especial attention to

Stelling-Nickerson Company believe in Augusta
and its future and are always ready to go to the

Mr. May is very anxious for all his dealers to have Chero-Cola when they
want it. He has a large territory and uses the highest grade of automobile
trucks for delivery. Mr. May’s greatest ambition is to give the public Chero-Cola
at every point in his territory, and he has spared no expense to equip the business
with the best trucks that money can buy.
Harry Blitch, assistant manager, is full of "that something which means
success, using a Chero-Cola SPECIAL car to see that all dealers are given the
Chero-Cola when they want it. His policy is always highest quality and deliver
the goods when wanted.
One closing remark about the famous drink, CHERO-COLA. Chero-Cola,
for the time it has been on the market, has had the largest sale of any drink that
has ever been placed before the public.
