MANILA The epidemic of cholera
continues to assume less alarming
proportions. The dally average of
new eases discovered or reported Is
about thirty. Josephlns Hall, an
American infant, who was attacked
several dais ago. died Thursday. No
Americans have been stricken by
cholera since ihe last report.

state reunion of Confederate veter
ans. which is to be held In Atlanta,
October 2. Committees have already
been named on badges and decora
tions. on finance, on public comfort,
hotels and entertainments, on pub
licity and printing, on transportation,
carriages, on halls, program, parade
aud music and on reception and

to work promptly and have made
