before him, but there were few con
victions.
Wallace Thomson, charged with

street and tried to beg from Detec
tive Bartley, who sent him in. He will
work for the city for 90 days in de
fault of (100 fine.
Officer J. A. Wilkins heard there
was a rrap game going on In Craw
ford’s wagon yard Monday night. He
flushed the game and raught Alfonso
Jones. He was bound over to the city
court.
Chas. Thurman and Will Lovett has
a fight. Both men were In a bloody
condition. Lovett received (2.50 or 5
days and Thurman received (10 or
20 days.
James Curry a negro boy about 12
years old was charged with stealing
a small bank. The recorder gave
hitn (100 or 2 years In the reforma
tory.
Several eases of plain drunks were
given (2.50 or 5 days.
