the contest over the will of the late
Major J. F. Hanson, president of the
Central of Georgia Railway, which be
gan here ttile morning. Contestants

being probated on allegations charg
ing that fraud and misrepresentation
were Indulged In to influence Major
Hanson The chief beneficiary Is Mrs.
Anna Hanson Garrett, a daughter.
The deposition of Mrs. Cora Lee
Hannon, widow of Major Hanson, re
citing the story of their marital dif
ferences. la the feature of the deposi
tions that will form the teetimoay In
the case. M - Hanson's deposition
states the reasons, according to Mrs.
Hanson, why her husband In hts will
| preferred hts uaughter, Mrs. Garrett,
above all other members of the fam
ily. She alleges that the adherence
of the eon s and other daughters to
the Tbeoaophlel religion was one of
the causes of discord in the family.
