TWO
COLDS
An up-to-date remedy for
oulds. Thai is what Peruna
is. In successful use over
30 years.
Colds are caught in many
ways: Illy ventilated rooms;
rooms that have direct draughts;
crowded rooms; damp houses;
atuffy school rooms; offices illy
heated.
A dose of Peruna at the right
time, at the first symptom of
cold, before the bones begin to
ache, before the sore throat
manifests itself, or the cough, or
the discharge from the nose, just
a dose or two of Peruna before
these symptoms begin is gener
ally sufficient. But after the cold
is once established with the
above symptoms prominent, a
bottle of Peruna, or maybe two,
will be necessary.

SUE FLIGHT
CfIOSSJTLANTIC
Experts Say Success of Rod
man Wanamaker’s Attempt
Will Depend Wholly on Motor.
New York.—The success of Rodman
Wanamaker'* flying boat In crossing
the Atlantic Ocean in a single flight
will depend alinoat entirely upon Ita
motor, according to aviators and aero
plane constructors who today reveal
ed that other machines were either in
process of designing or building with a
similar object in view.
Through the Aero Club of America.
Mr. Wanamaker last night annourtced
that Olen If Curtlsa was building to
hla order an Immense hydro-aeroplano
in which an attempt will tie made this
summer to cross the Atlantic.
Order Placed.
When the order for the machine was
placed Mr. Curtiss told Mr. Wana
maker that In his opinion a motor
could he perfected of sufficient pow
er and endurance for an over-the
oiean flight. Ill* and other aviators
experiences had proven, he rxfilalnod
to Mr. Wanamaker that a motor can
bo run for forty and fifty hours with
out mishap. The Wanamaker flier Is
designed to make the ocean flight In
15 hours.
Alfred J. Molsant, who today admit
ted that he was working on an airship
for an ocean flight wa* of the opinion
that Mr. Wanamaker should modify his
plun* as to motive power, substituting
a 500 horsepower motor for the 200
horsepower whlrh Ills announcement
says he contemplates using.
Cherished Vision.
Mr, Wunamaken In commenting upon
the proposed flight declared that Its
accomplishment had been a cherished
vision of his for years. Ills purpose,
he said, was in the interest of world
pence and liy this he expected a trip
over the ocean In one flight would
awaken the world to a realization of
the tremendous Importance of avia
tion in warfare.
In announcing that the flight will
surely la- undertaken this summer, the
Aero Club of America on behalf of Mr.
Wanamaker has asked for the co
operation of all persons interested in
seeing America first to conquer the air
routes between the United States and
Europe and also the co-operation of
the United'States weather bureau, the
navy and all owners of pleasure yachts
and merchant vessels.
Wanamaker’s route will he from St.
Johns N. K. to the Irish coast. It calls
for 1,600 miles of continuous flying to
be done, if possible, between dawn and
nightfall us a single day.
