You Love The Beautiful
You wish to be surrounded by things that
engender peaceful and pleasant thoughts.
Were it not for this appreciation and love of
the beautiful life would be unbearable for ev
ery man, woman and child on the globe.
Perhaps the only barrier between you and
the gratification of this love for the beautiful
is that “it costs money.”
Now, if it is home you wish to have beauti
ful and you believe that you cannot afford it,
we wish to call your attention to The House
hold Club, to which thousands now belong,
much to their and our satisfaction.
In the first place we will tell you that The
Household Club is a plan whereby you may buy
in large amounts and pay on easy time pay
ments. Do not believe for a minute that there
is an installment house extortion plan here,
for there isn’t, and anyone who has belonged
to it will tell you that the Household Club is
the most satisfactory method of buying on easy
payments known to them. Our goods are
plainly marked, and the price is the same to
one person as another.
There is an extra charge of $3.00 for every
SIOO purchased, to offset the interest and car
rying charges of the account; but then this, in
turn, is almost entirely offset by Surety Cou
pons, which are given when payments are
promptly made.
Now, as to the payments we have spoken of:
Should you purchase to the amount of SIOO,
the monthly payment would be SB.
Honestly, would your interest charges and
payments be as reasonable aB this, if you,
yourself, borrowed the money from a bank to
pay cash.
Then, too, not everybody can borrow as
easily as that.
Through the Household Club we sell furni
ture, carpets, upholsteries, china, glassware,
stoves, housefurnishings, pianos, Victrolas,
bedding and sewing machines.
The suits arc far prettier than the previous
ones, so the slit isn’t missed.
There is more room around the bottom, too,
so that milady may walk, and not mince along.
Thoroughly sensible, and just as pretty as they
can be.
The short jackets, many of them waist length,
all around, call for some particular display of orig
inality in trimmings. The linings have been
changed from satins of contrasting colors and
grey, to the shades of the suit.
There is a Holland blue eponge in our cases
which well demonstrates the individuality used in
the Spring suits.
Coats Are Very Frenchy
And very new; as well as hying very becoming and
altogether original.
The semi-fitting waists and flaring skirts to
the (>oats give them a foreign air. Many unique
cuts are used about yokes and sleeves.
The straight lines of the so-called English
coats are also very popular. White’s advance
models of Spring coats arc ready for your inspec
tion.
“Soon We Will Be Eating By
Machinery”
Said a prominent Augusta woman who was being shown the wonderful work done by the
Free Sewing Machine in our department.’
“Half the drudgery of life would be saved by one of those.”
She is perfectly right. The Free is the lightest running, as well as the fastest; it lasts
longer, has less vibration, is easier to operate and makes the most perfect stitch of any ma
chine on the American market, today.
Just to see what the machine would do, we started the treadle running yesterday, and
for ten minutes it kept going. The ball-bearings account for this, but you must realize also,
what it saves a woman in energy.
These Sewing Machines May Be Bought
Through The Household Club.
Weekly payments of SI.OO may be arranged.

Two Women W ere Talking
"I save nearly $lO a month on my bills, now,”

She was asked how.

Surety Coupons, and exchange the books for merchan
dise.”
We give double Surety Coupons before noon.
This suit, is made with a short jacket, with a
soft loose front, cut in with a double scallop at
waist, giving a vest effect. The collar is inclined
to be broad, with Hengaline silk Roman stripes.
A white, pique cord inside sets off the. exquisite
tones of the collar and suit. The back of the jack
et is drawn in with two pleats by a broad band at
a high waist-line.
Roman colored novelty buttons and shadow
lace cuffs on the three-quarter sleeves, finish the
jacket.
The skirt has a draped effect in front and is
pegged.
This model sells for $55.00.
Transparent Waists and
Imported Dresses
Both calling to you of Spring, are on display in
the greatest profusion.
The blouses range, in price from $5.95 up
wards.
The imported lace dresses from $37.50 to
$l2O.
So many thousands of Victrolas are in
existence today, and so well known are they,
that we do not look upon them as wonderful
at all.
Missionaries, who go armed with the
Holy Bible and a Victrola, tell of the feeling
of reverence and awe in which the Victrola
is held by those who do not know them as
intimately as wf.
“Canned-Man” the Esquiino have call
ed the Victrola.
And perhaps no less wonderful is the.
remarkable store of music preserved to pos
terity through the Victrola.
Have you one of these machines in your
horne t If you have you know what a maker
of sunshine they are.
They are priced from $15.00 to S2OO.
