M The moment has come in South
4 ieorgias history for a construe
tiye positive attitude toward*
WmTnercial ifcooiity development. In Way
and Jesup there is room
for a change of heaat among us.
Some of us are proud lik-i the
j< Pharisees, that we ad n ot ns ot l''
Some of us dread the sup
-'«fed .containifUMjvf labor
<V)kji! ueOf us think that South Geor
and Wayne is well enough as
it is. Such spirit never built an
eduring civi'ziation. It is well to
honor oar ancestors, but we can
do best by serins’ onr day. even
as they honored theirs. The South
call is this:- every man at a task,
and eqch roan at his task with
better heart because he realizes
that his success is part the greater
growth of his town and County.
yhere was a time merchants
found it profitable to do business
without advertising, but that has
passed.
The merchant who gets his
share of business these days
must hustle and advertise of lose
out to his more progressive com¬
petitor who does.
It not only pay* the merchant
to advertise but it pays tho bu yer
to advertise but it pays the buy¬
er to patronize the merchant who
does advertise, for the merchant
who is liberal enough to spend a
little money Willi his local patter
to tell about his merchandise and
to invite customer to his store
m be counted on to do tho right
by him when he comes and
>sell him goods on liberal terms
n K« it is possible to do so.

that tho court will accomplish
anything more than a hearing of

to be seated but It is not expected
that a jury can* bo secured. ..The

secured here it is heletvad
Judge Conyers will assign
the case to Brunswick or Way
The attorneys having, not
