They desire the evaporation to have tho power of sueing and being sued, to have and use a common seal, and to have succession, and to make such by-laws, rules and regulations as it wishes, binding on its members, not inconsistent with the laws of this State and the United Ftates, and to alter, amend and reemd the same at pleasure. That it may have power to receive, rent, lease,, purchase and hold such real and personal property as may he accessary for tho legitimate purposes of the corporation, or for securing debts to it and to dispose of the same at pleasure. They desire the chief office and pi aco of business of said, corpor ation to be at the town of Little-- ton, the county of Dade and they I desire to mine coal and iron ore j and erect furnaces and coke ovens j at v.hath ever place* or places it may at any time own lands or coal or iron interests. Petitioners pray that they may be j made a body corporate and politic' j under the name as aforesaid, and : with all the powers and priviligogj as aforesaid.
