ed. It appearing to the court by the
return of the Sheriff t hat the defendant
is not a re ident of Dade county, aud it
further appearing to the Court that the
Defendant S. L, Lane is not to ho found
in this State. It is ordered by the Court
that the defl. S. L. Lane be served by
the publication of this or der in the nows
paper where the Legal advertisements
of said county are published for throe
months weekly before tho next term of
said court and it is further ordered by
the Court that the Defendant show
cause at tho next term of this court
why tho copy deed set forth in petition
should not be established in lieu of the
