Pursuant to an order in said case, granted by
Hon. C. G. Janes, Judge of said court, the de¬
fendant, W. I). Evans, is hereby cited and noti¬
fied, personally or by attorney to be and appear
at the next term of the Superior Court for said
county to be held on the 3rd Monday in July.
1881, then and there to answer the plaintiff’s libel
for divorce, as in default thereof, said court will
proceed as to Justice shall appertain. Witness
the Him. C. G. Janes, Judge of said court; this

It appearing to the Court by tlie petition of
(Handing, Spaulding & Co., that J. Williamson
the 1st day of May, 1889, executed and delivered
to said Gramling, Spaulding A: Co. a mortgage
on two tracts of land lying in said county to wit:
Town lot No. 07 in the plan of tlie town of Buch¬
anan in said county, containing fifty by one hun¬
dred feet; and lot of land No. 1107 in the 20th dis¬
trict and 3rd section of originally Cherokee, now
Haralson county, containing 35 acres more or less
for the purpose of securing the payment of two
certain promissory notes for the aggregate sum
of one hundred and fifty-five dollars besides in¬
terest and ten per cent, attorneys fee. made by
thesaidJ. Williams on the 1st day of May,1889,
and payable to said Gramling, Spaulding A: Co.
due one day alter date with interest from date at
the rate of 8 per cent, per annum, and costs of
collecting, including 10 per cent, attorneys fees,
which said notes the said J. Williams refuses to
p»y.
It is therefore ordered that the said J. Will¬
iams pay into this court, on or before the next
term thereof, tho principal, interest and attor¬
neys fees due thereon and the costs of this suit, or
in default thereof the Court will proceed as to
justice shall appertain. And it is further order¬
ed that this rule lie published in the Ka.nxkx-
31 kssexuek, a newspaper published in the county
of Haralson, once a month for four months, or
served on T. Williams or his special agent or at¬
torney three months previous to the next term of
this court.
