following account of the disap

“The close up was brought
about by the fact that at the re

ordered the arrest of Mr. Neal
under a suspended sentence im

that time Mr. Neal entered a
plea of guilty to an indictment
which the grand jury had pre

imposed a fine of SSOO and a
sentence of six months in the
chaingang, but the chaingang
sentence was suspended on the
condition of good conduct.
At the last term of court the
grand jury returned another in

similiar offense and Judge Fite
ordered the suspended sentence

issued Mr. Neel left Calhoun

heard from. Under the laws of
Georgia any creditor can attach
the property of a debtor as soon
as the debtor leaves the state,
and it was under this regulation
that the proceedings were taken
“Mr. Neal has been one of
Calhoun’s most prosperous mer
chants for many years. He be

back about 18S2 and prospered
wonderfully. He was an energet
ic and wideawake business man,
always ready for a trade, and
made a great many friends all
over the country who will learn
with regret of his downfall.

Blood Poison.
Contagious PJood Poison has been ap

remedies only bottle up the poison in
the system, to surely break forth in s
more virulent form, resulting in a total
wreck of the system.
