When they send him to the Leg islature, as they are going to do this time, he can be implicitly trusted to guard their every in terest. * * * I have known Mr . Foster since I was a boy, and in all my intercourse with him I have ev er found him loyal te the right, true to his convictions and a man that could be depended up on at all times.
