“Mother Goose Drill” was first
given and was well received, the

they had responded readily to the
painstaking care of Miss Clark, to
whose successful work the enjoy
ment of tho occasion was due.
The pretty little operetta “Citi"
derillaiu Flowerland”was , well cos
tumed and created no end of sur*-
prise at the aptitude with which
these little men and women re"
sponded to the demands of tl.uir
characters, while many an old
beartgrew youug'as it felt the in
fluence of the pretty guests, sun

The character of CinderiDa was
well portrayed by little Miss Hat
tie OR ar, while Albert Hale was
a success as the Prince.
To the teachers of the schools
and especially to M.ss Clark the
thanks of Romans are due fora
pleasant evening. May they return
at tbe end of .auctber school year
with laurels yat greener.
