Childrens Meeting. —A large crowd from Pome attended tne childrens meeting at Mispeh church yesterday, among those from Rome who went weie: Mr. ’ a d Mrs. »V. H. Coker, John P. Boston, Mass., June 18. — Cap tain Lockhart, of the British schooner Blomidion. from Antigua one ot the Leeward Islands, re ports an uprising an Montseirat, and the commander of the British cruiser Intrepedio immediately sent a detachment of 250 marines and three officers te quell the dis turbance. Jumaica, June 13 —The Spanish cruiser Oquendo on Sunday sent out a launch flying a H;ig of truce from Santiago under the impression that the lowa was displaying a white flag.
