George Trammell her prom sory
note for the sum of $214 with in
terest at 8 per cent pr annum,
from date till paid, said note pav

February, 1899, on which day the
entire balance should be due and
payable, and in cas- of default in
the payment of any of said week

whole of said debt to become due

default of the weekly payments
aforesaid, did expressly authorize
