Let the mayor be mayor and recorder, salary SSOO. 3 Reduce the pol icemeh's salary per month to $45 4. Curtail the police force two less than present number. 5 Reduc* council men in pro portion to ths above scale and all other officials of the city likewise (>, Let (ha contracts ent to the lowest responsible bidder. 7.
