The Floyd County Sunday School Conference of the M. E. Church South, will meet at First Methodist Church tomorrow morning at 9-30 o'clock. This conference embraces all of the Methodist Sunday S.hools in Floyd County and about fifty del egates, from different parts of the county, will be in attendance. Au interesting programe has been arranged and much good will no doubt be accomplished by this meet ing of preachers, superintendents and teachers. The following is the programme. Messrs E mo Ballew and How ard Jack, of Rome spent Friday in this place with their friend F. P. Nixon Bailiff J. F. Bradley returned home od Friday from Rome where he had been attending court. Misses Blanche and Hattie Fleetwood, of Floyd Springs spent Thursday In this place with their aunt Mrs S.J, Whatley, Judge T. N. Pinson, of this place spent Tuesday in Rome on business. There will be an election on the 21st of this month for “fence’’or “no fence’’ for this district, the majority of the land owners are for “no fence” while the renters ar3 for “fence ” Mr. H. T. Kennebrew, of Shan non spent Thursday in Adairsville with friends, Mr. J. P Autrey, one of our most prosperous farmers spent Thursday in Rome on business. Miss Jennie Woods, a charming young lady from Tullahoma Tenn, is visiting Mias Arma Pinson in this place • Mr. Jno- W. Brinsfield of Taylors ville spent several day last week with his sister Mrs. T. F. Dyar. Rev W. L. Troutman preached a very interes iig sermon at Rusb ( s Chanel on Sunday Mr, Jas, Anderson end family of Adairsville spent Sunday in this place with Mr T. N.
