CREASING IN INTEREST AT EVERY SERVICE. The revival services at the First Methodist church is increasing in interest at every service. Dr. Gib son is being assisted in this series of meetings by Dr. Headden, of First Baptist church, Dr. Geotch ius, of First Presbyterian church, and the resident methodist misis t'irs. Rev. W. S. Stevens, the elo quent young pastor of 3rd, Metho dist church preached a very inter esting sermon at the 4 o’clock ser vice yesterday afternoon. At night Dr. Gibson preached a very fine sermon to a large con gregation. Not withstanding, that the Doctor is suffering with a case of LaGrippe, his sermon last mght was pronounced by many, as one of the grandest that they had heard in a long timo. At ths conc.usion of the service a very large number weut up and gave there band in rdipouse to the prupo sition to bj more thoroughly conse crated for service. Several who were not membeia of the church gave there hands requesting prayer. Services are held every afternoon at 4 and eve’s evening at 8 o’clock. All are cordially invited to attend.
