the Board of Conmissioners of Roads and Rev
enue of said County, asking that the settlement
road now leading and running direct,from Se
uey, Georgia, ami running directly by what is
known as Rodgets old Barn Place and Henry
Drutcmond’s dwelling house and intersecting
with the public road known as the Pleasant
Hope church road, at or near Drutmnonds
school house, be made a second class public
road, and the Road Commissioners of 1504 Dis

proposed road to be of public utility. Now, this
