Bank President Convicted. Jackson, Miss., October B.—ln the-federal court at Aberdeen, E, L. Tarry, president of the First National bank, of Starkville, which failed last year, was convicted un der section 5209, Revised Statutes of the United States. The charge was misapplicatio of the bank’s credit. Tne min mum penalty is fiv3 years impris onment.
