In an Accident on a Pennsylvania Railroad. Clearfield, Pa., October 31.—1 n a wreck of empty coal cars this morning on the Beech Creek rail road, near Pearl station, five men were instantly killed. They are all unknown. At first it was supposed that the vietjn? of the x-reck were tfiimpH. An investigation of their effects, however, disclosed that they were all armed with revol vers, and in the satchel was found a complete set of burglar s tools. TROOPS MUTINY. Pay Was in Arrears-Russian Fleet at Che- Foo. A dispatch to the Timas from Tien-Tsin says that a large Rus sian fleet is assembling at Che-Foo Port Arthur Blockased. Yokehama, Oct. 30 —The forces i at Kiulen were commanded by Generals Hong and Lin. The Chi nese occupy every string position at Hong-Wan, the castle being guarded by 20,000 mpii. Troops are being massed at Kin Chow with s view to the defense of Port Ar thur. The Japanese have completely ' blockaded Taliei-Wan and Port Arthur and ail the adjacent bays and ports.
