A Woman Secures a Divorce With out Her Husban:' Knowledge. Valparaiso, Ind., Nov 19.- Up jto last July there was no happier family than that of Leopold Weist haler, residing near this city. H eiethaler was employed in Chi- < and every month sent home i 150. In August his wife paid him ifc visit and returned home with many presents for the family. Notwithstanding she had Deen divorced, she kept up weekly correspondence with Weisthaler and he keot’on sending her month ly remittances. 1 oday he cams down and found on* Leon Ciliam occupying a place in the household, and' was co. ly informed by Mrs. Weisthaler that Ciliam was her husband, she hav ing secured a divorce from him. Crushed and heart-broken, Weist haler came to this city to find out the true condition of ailairs. In searching the Court records he found that a divorce had been granted, but he was unable to find any record of the marriage of his wife to Ciliam. Judge Hen i ry had to go to LaFayutte to hold court. Judge Turnbull held motion court for the city court this morn ing.
