Not only so, but often in unfa vorable weather, girls and buys standing on the streets in the cold and damp waiting for the schooj doors to open, sustain serious inju ry t» health. Parents are warned that nc matter how severe the weather our rules forbid the pupilg entering their grades before the teacher, and they are U'ged not tQ allow their chi aren to leave home before such time aij will enable them by steady walking to reach the shoo! at 9 o’clock.
