order of sale in the above stat
ed case granted by the Honora
ble Max Isane, Referee in
Bankruptey, the undegsigned
Trustee of said estate, will put
up and expose for sale at the
court house door in Hazlehurst,
Georgia, on the Ist Tuesday in
February, 1909, being the 2nd
day of February, 1909, the fol
lowing described property, to
wit: |
The right of renewal of lease
for a term of ten (10) years from
the 24th day of May, 1909, to the
following described land, to wit:
One half (}) acre in the town of
Hazlehurst and bounded as fol
lows; On the North by W.H.
Pace, East by Mrs. S. E. Head,
south by J. F.Pierce, and west
by Tallahassee Street,said lands
heing a part of lot of land No.
502 in the Second District of said
County, Jeff Davis, upon which
is located the Cotton Gin and
Grist Mill of the said Bankrupt
J. F. Gruber, and also all the
following machinery and
equipments located on the said
premises, and installed in the
buildings lozated on said premi
ses. One (1) twenty horse power
Atlas engine and boiler, two (2)
sea island cotton' gins, two (2)
upland cotton gins with feeder
and condenser, one (1) elevator,
one (1) double cotton press, one
(1) 42 inch grist mill, one (1)
rice huller, together with all
shafrings, pulleys, and other
fixtures attached thereto.
And also the buildings in which
said machinery is instailed.
Said sale will take place be
tween the hour of 10 o’clock in
the forenoon and 4 o’clock in
the afternoon, February 2ad.
