Blackthear and Waycross.
Last Monday-the Waycross ami
Blaqkshear teams played a one sided
garao ot base ball that ever was wit
nessed oil out diamond. The game
throughout was very disinteresting
Irons the beginning, until Catcher
Brewer came down on the last mail,
after the game had been called some
time, to hold his respective position,
No doubt if he been in the guino ear
lier, ihe score would have been quite
different. One thing is very com
mendable. That there was no
“kicking,” and the umpire, Mr. Alex
L. Weiss, gave entire satisfaction;
The score was 19 to 3, in favor of OUT
home team.
We hiipe to play the Waycros»
boys again. {*
