•The bill changing the time for holding the Superior
CourtH for Lumpkin county, contained also a section
regulating the service of Jurors for said county, and a
aeetion attaching the same to the Western Circuit It
passed the Senate in this shape, but the House struck
Out all except the section regulating the Jurors, and the
Senate concurring in the amendment, the Superior
Courts for Lutnpkin county have not been changed, and
the county Is still attached to the Blue Ridge Circuit.
