•The bill changing the time for holding the Superior
Courts for Lumpkin county, contained also a section
regulating the service of Jurors for said county, ami a
Motion attaching the same to the Western Circuit. It
passed the Senate In this shape, but the House struck
•at all except the section regulating the Jurors, and the
Benate soncurring in the amendment, the Superior
Courts for Lumpkin county have not been changed, and
the county is still attached to the Blue Ridge Circuit.
