ful acknowledgments to the citizens of the eity and
vicinity for past favors, solicits a share of patronage.

dry—they shall permit no sink to contain water, but

day except the Sabbath, remove from said lots or
land, all decayod and decaying vegetable and animal
substances, and in general every thing tending to
corrupt the air, and place the same (in convenient
heaps) in the streets opposite said lots or lnnds. and
twenty foot from their boundary, between daylight
and nine o'clock in tho morning; and no person shall
throw trash or tilth into the streets, from their lots
or lands, at any other time than ’between day light
