SAND’S SARSAPARILLA.
In the wise economy of nature there lias been
distributed through the mineral and vogetab e
kinkdoms a variety ot medicinal subslancis
adapted to the relief of various diseases; but it is
believed that in no product of the earth are so
many powerful sanative properties combined as
in Sarsaparilla. Yet. to render these latent pro
perties practically useful, they require dev elope
ment, combination, concentration. In Sands’
Sarsaparilla, it is believed all these objects have
been effected to tbcfullest extent. It is now ad
ministered in general practice as a sure and uni
lonn remedy in cases of scrofula, leprosy tumor,
swelling ot the joints, rheu natism, erysipelas,
king’s evil with every complaint symptomatic of
impure blood.
For further particulars an 1 conclusive evi
dence of its superior value and efficacy. see pam

then been received, by telegraphic communica

both parties waiting for further developments.—
On Wednesday the mail came through with the
full particulars of the Liverpool market to the 4th

We remarked in our lasi semi-weekly rerant

decline in prices consequent upon the unfavora

the Cotton market had again assumed more firm

confined transactions to narrow limits. On Sa

disposed of. making a total of 12,000 bales forthc
past three days, taken principally for the North,
and the Continent of Europe, limvers for Eng
land and France having participated in the busi

they are still maintained at about our previous i
quotations for the lower grades, which are most
abundant, while forthc finer qualities of Louis

the Continent has prevailed within the past few
