CHRISTIE’S GALVANIC RINGS AND J M V<4N ETI C FLUID. fBYHIS remarkable invention, which has received the i JSL almo.si universal approbation of the medical pro ‘ fessiou of Great Britain, comprises an entirely new ay i plication of Galvanism, as a remedial agent, by means of I which the ordinary Galvanic Ba.teries. Electric and Mag i netic Machines. See., areentirely dispensed with. and the ' mysterious powoi s of Galvanism applied without any | of the objections which ire iaseperable from the gene rai mode now i.i use. The strong doses, and at irregn- ! I lar intervals, in which Galvanism is applied by the Ma -1 chines, has be n pronounced, after a fair and impartial i trial, to be decidedly injurious, and it was to remedy ; ilii- radical defect- that this new application was pro- 1 j jected, which after unceasing toil and perseverance, has I I been hrmight to its present state of perfection. The j i Galvanic Rings answer ail the purposes of the most 1 expensive Machines, and in in my other respects are j more safe and certain in accomplishing the desired ; effect. The Galvanic Rings, used in connection with the Magnetic Fluid, a e confidently recommended in all j D SOP.DKRS WHICH ARISE FROM AN ENFEEBLED OR UN HEATHY STATE uF THE NERVOUS OR VITAL SYSTEM,and these complaints arc among the most painful and uni versal to which we are subject. They arise, w ithout ex ception, from one simple canst —a derangement of the Nervous system—and it was in these cases that other “remedies” having so often failed, a new agent was greatly needed, which it is confidently believed, lias ; been found in the proper and judicious application of 1 Galvanism. The Galvanic Rings have been used w ith entiresuc j cess in al 1 cases of Rheumatism, ne.nle or chronic, ap -1 pi vi ng tot ho head, ft tee or limbs- <Tout, Tic-Doloreux Toothache. Bronchitis. Nervous Tremors, Dizziness of tee Head. Pains in the Chest and Side. General Debili ty, Deficiency of Nervous and Physical F.nf.rgy, and all Nervous Disorders. In cases of confirmed Dyspepsia, which is .'imply a nervous derangement of the digestive organs, they have been found equally stic j ces.-ful. Their extraordinary effects upon the system must be witnessed to be believed, and as a certain pre- j ventivk for the preceding complaints they are equal- j ly recommended. The Rings are s; *’ different prices, being ra.ide of all sizes, and of various ornamental put- 1 torns.a nd can be worn by the mo.-1 delicate female wit hout the slightest inconvenience. In fact the sensation is ! rather agreeable than otherwise. The Galvanic Belts, Bracelets, Bamls, Charters, Necklaces, &c. Tin se articles are adapted to the I waist, arms, wrists, limbs, ancles or any part of ilie body I with perfect convenience. The, Galvanic Necklaces ! | are used with greater benefit in eases of Bronchitis or i affections of the throat generally ; also in cases of Ner vous Deafness; and with almost uniform sucres* as n preventive for Apoplexy, Epileptic Fits, andslmilar complaints. (’iirisßc's Magnetic Fluid. Is issued in connection with the Galvanic Kings. and all their modifications. This composition has been pro- 1 nounced by the French Chemists to be one ofthe most extraordinary discoveries of modem science. It is be lieved to poss-ss a remarkable power of RENDERIUG THE Nerves seiisitive toGalvaiuc actioii, by these means 1 causing a circulation of tile influence at the seat of ;lis- j ease, and thus giving rapid and permanent relief. No other composition in chemistry is known to produce the ! same effector to impart a similar properly 7 to the nervous j system by means of an outward local application. The i Maguetic Fluid contains nothing capable of tliesliglit est injury , ils application is agreeable, and it is harmless initsactionas it is beneficial in its result, Fullexplana- j lions and directions accompany it. The combined in- | ventionsare 11 every way perfectly harmless; they are at prices wit hi 11 reach of all, and the discoverer on) v re quests a fair trial, as a test of their surprising efficacy I and permanent benefit. 1 Christie’s Galvanic Strengthening Plus- 1 ters.
