Also, ail that other tract or parcel of land, situ ate in same county- and State, containing fourteen hundred and nearly tw-o and three quarter acres, more or less, together with 3lills and improvements thereon, and bounded east by lands, lately own ed by the estate of Lowe, west by lands now nr lately owned by Forkerbery, south by lands be light by one John Cashin, Senior, now deceased, north by lands belonging to Absolom Rhodes. And the said petitioners further alleging that the said John Trowbridge has failed and neglected to pay said notes and has become insolvent, and that they the said petitioners have paid them and that there is now due them on said notes the sum of eighteen hundred and forty dollars and fifteen cents, and praying that the equity- of redemption in and to said mortgaged property- may forever be foreclosed. It is ordered that the said John Trowbridge pay in to Court on or before the first day of the next term, the principal and interest due on said mortgage, or shew cause why- the Equity- of Re demption unto said mortgaged premises should not be forever barred and foreclosed against him; and further, that a copy- of this Rule be published in one of the Gazettes of the City- of Augusta, once a month for four months -*r served on the said John Trowbridge or his special agent or attorney, and al lowing three months before the first day of the next term. The work will also contain various Statistical ta bles, relating to the commerce, population and Revenue of the State of Georgia, illustrating its means of progress and prosperity, compiled from the most recent and authentic resources.
