XyPON the petition of John Whitehead, James wJ Whitehead and Samuel Dowse, alleging that on the thirtieth day of November eighteen hun dred and forty, John Trowbridge executed to them his certain mortgage deed whereby to indemnify and save harmless said petitioners, conveying two certain notes, made by said Trowbridge to Isaac Bryan, dated on the 2b’;h day of August, A. D. eighteen hundred and forty-five, each for the sum of eight hundred dollars, the one payable twelve months and the other two years after date,signed by said petitioners as securities, he conveyed to said petitioners certain tracts or parcels of land lying and being in said county of Richmond, the onebeingin the neighborhood known as Richmond Bath, containing twelve acres more or less, bound ed north by lands of James Whitehead, west bv lands of Joshua Key, and south and southeast by the Bath tract. Also, two tracts conveyed by said John Trow bridge by Isaac Bryan and described as f> Hows, to wit: “All those two tracts or parcels of land situ ate, lying and being in the county of Richmond and State of Georgia, one containing twelve hundred acres, more or less,on Spirit Creek, bounded north by lands of John Cashin, deceased, east by lands of Absolom Rhodes, composed of two tracts, one of one thousand acres, granted to J roes Beall, and another of two hundred acres granted to James McManus.
