M—The Flour mar ket still continues heavy and inactive, with the same downward tendency that has prevailed for several days past. Shippers will not oner more than 5*6 for Genesee, at which holders will not sell. The tales to-dav amount to 6,000 barrels, at 6 a s6.lßj| lor Troy, Oswego and Western, and $6,25 for Genesee. There is no Eastern inquiry, and hut lit tle doing for home consumption. Corn has been quite active, but the quotations i not so steady. The sales to-day amount to 30,000 bushels, at 77 e. 78 cents for Jersey and Northern I yellow. There has been sales-of about-1000 bales of Cot ton at about previous rates.
