Let all v'ho are afflicted icith Asthma read the Jolloic
ing letter.
II R. SETH W.'fOWLEs— Sir— Having
l*l been afflicted for more than thirty years
with the Asthma, at times so severely as to inca
pacitate me from attendance to business, and hav
ing adopted many medicines without any but tem
porary relief, I purchased about three years since,
of Mr. Edward Mason, your agent in this city, sev
eral bottles of Wistars Balsam of Wild Cherry,
from tbe effects of which I obtained more relief
than from all the medicines 1 had ever taken for
that distressing disorder. I have by the repeated
use of your valuable Balsam, been more tree ot
pressure for breadth, and oppression on tbe lungs,
than I had anticipated, and indeed conceive my
self cured of this most disheartening malady.
I do most cheerfully tender you this acknow
ledgement, which you will use as your judgmei t
dictates.

RISLEY’S SARSAPARILLA.
This is a compound Syrup of Sarsaparilla, j
carefully prepared from ingredients that are
recommended by medical men as the most certain
for the cure of Chronic Rheumatism, Scrofula,
Eruptions on the Skin, and all those diseases aris
ing from an impure state ot the blood, the impro
per use of Mercuay, &c.
Numerous certificates could be given of its ef
ficacy in curing what other preparations, bearing
the name ol Sarsaparilla, are recommended to do:
but Risley’s Sarsaparilla has been in use sufficient
ly long enough to establish its superiority over all
others —and as it is made as it should be, accord
ing to a formula approved by the medical faculty,
we would only reler to them and to the number ot
sufferers, of some of the worst ills that llesh is
heir to, who have been restored to health and the
enjoyment of life, by its use. In lar«e bottles,
price a bottle—6 bottles for $5. A liberal dis
count made to dealers. Sold wholesale and retail,
