UTBLISS’S COMPOUND COD LIV£R
OIL. CA N D Y.—This unrivalled curative for
Coughs, Colds, Asthma, Influenza, &c., we have

claims for it. It is a most agreeable confection, and
a most effectual remed}’ for the diseases that attack
the throat and chest. It combines all the virtues
of Cod Liver Oil, but is entirely free from its re
pulsive taste. In all the cases in which we have
kn<>wn the candy to be used, it has been success

THOUGH often hereditary, it arises more
f equently from causes which few medical
writers have yet noticed. The higher classes are
more subject to it than the lower, who have to la
bor for tbeir support by exercising their arms, by
which means the viscera of the chest and all the
organs of the stomach are developed. These are
the regions where all the vital omens are seated.
The upper classes, on the other hand, generally
exercise heir lower limbs, which can never he
done but at the sacrifice and expense of the upper
extremeties and chest. Alas! consumption and
premature deaths are but too otten the results of
their error.
WISTAR'S BALSAM OF WiLD CHERRY,

all other diseases of the pulmouary organs.
From the Cincinnati Daily Times.
We would advise cur readers who are laboring
under a . affection of the lungs, to make immediate
trial of this truly excellent medicine The most
intelligent and respectable families es our city
