TO THE AFFLICTED!
IF YOU are laboring under any of the diseases
named oelow, and if you are really desirous
<*f getting restored to bodily soundness, you have
it in your power to do so now. The price is not
much, and the cure is warranted. Os all (he rem
edies yet before the public, there is none that
can show such a handsome result for the same
length of time, as
MARSHALL'S MAGICAL PAIN ERADI
CATOR.
This is a remedy not intended to cure every
disease thal “flesh is heir to." Nor is it intended
to work miracles in earing diseases which are in
curable, but we do not Hesitate to say, that, if any
ol the following diseases can be cured, Marshall'e
Eradicator will certainly do it. Try it and be con
vinced.
For Rheumatism. Lumbago, Painful Nerves,

Messrs. W. H. &J. Turpin. Gentlemen: I have
much pleasure in saying that my wife, who has
been afflicted with Rheumatism in the feet and
knees for the past two months, has been entirely
cured by the use of “Marshall's Magical Pain

ever offered to the afflicted public, as it will cer
tainly cure. Every body should have it.

FOR the cure of Chronic diseases of the Kid

stands paramount to anything to be had. With
perfect safety it cap be taken or used by any one
as it does not nauseate or prove in any wise dele
terious. Being modified and improved from the
original French preparation as it is, has for years
stood the test in every shade and variety of ceses
for which it is to be used. And sq far f rOK) falling
into disuse, sales pn the contrary, haye mate

( A REbOUL TO THE AFFLICTED.
THE CELEBRATED
■tiaJwMMBWMiIMB'
A CERTAIN REMEDY for all fixed pains
in the Side, Chest, Loins, Back, Bowels,
Muscles, Rheumatism in all its varied forms, Ner
vous Affections, Lungs and Liver Complaints, Spi
nal Affections, Female Weaknesses, etc. etc. For
the above complaints this Plaster has no equal.
The great celebrity which it has already acquired,
not only in the old, but in the new world—the ex
traordinary cures it has performed in the most ex
treme cases of suffering, have acquired for itruch
a reputation, that the proprietor has not —until re
cently—been able to supply half the demand.
The sales throughout every city, town and vil
lage in the United States, are without a parallel!
A circumstance not surprising, when the vast
amount of human suffering relieved by its use is
considered. In Spinal Defects, the benefit usual
ly is of the most decided character. In Nervous
Complaints, nineteen cases out of twenty readily
yield to the penetrating stimnla combined in this
valuable preparation.
In Rheumatism, either acute or chronic, the
claims of the Hebrew Plaster have long since
been universally acknowledged. Those who are
aboring under weak backs,.. j matter from what
cause the weakness may have originated—even if
such persons have been misguided in previous ap
plications—in the use of the Hebrew Plaster they
will find the affected part suddenly restored to its
original soundness.
As a supporter in cases of constitutional weak
ness it will be found of great advantage. It is
particularly recommended to Females who are
suffering from sudden weakness, or general debili
ty. in slort, it - mbraces all the virtues which
the most scientific mind was capable of compound
ing from valuable substances found in the old
world, and will be found entirely free from those
objections which are a source of complaint with
the numerous spread-piasters now before the pub
lic.
These plasters possess the advantage of being
put up in air tight boxes—hence they retain their
full virtues in all climates.
Beware ol Counterfeits and Base Imi
tations.
None genuine without the engraving of Jew Da
vid on the wrapper around each box. Price, 50
cents per box. Each box conta'ns sufficient to
spread six or eight plasters.

For the removal and permanent cure of
all diseases arising from an
IMPURE STATE OF THE BLOOD,
OR HABIT OF THE SYSTEM.
Among the many and important discoveries
of this generation, is one whose fame will
be written, as with a sunbeam, in the history of
the past. SANDS’ SARSAPARILLA stands
forth aloue, and by its own works proclaims its
power—that mute eloquence so irresistibly affect
ing in the appeals of the suffering for relief, has
been answered. Thousands of cases of disease
have been cured by this invaluable medicine, su ib
as are not furnished in the records of time. These
things are not done in secret places, or in some
unknown town, but are performed in our princi
pal cities and public places. They are brought
before the world to substantiate, beyond doubt, the
healing virtues of this preparation ; and the facts
unfolded, although gigantic, are as plain as the
light of day.
The Sarsaparilla is combined with the most ef
fectual aids, the most salutary productions, the
most potent simples of the vegetable kingdom j
and its unprecedented success in the restoration
to health of those who had long pined under the
most distressing chronic maladies, has given it an
exalted character—furnishing, as it does, evidence
ot its own intrinsic value, and recommeuding it to
the afflicted in terms the afflicted only can knew.
It has long been a most important desideratum in
the practice of medicine, to obtain a remedy sim
ilar to this—one that would act on the liver, stotti*
ach, and bowels with all the precision end potency
of mineral preparations, yet without any of their
deleterious effects upon the vital powers of the
system Although po sessed of powerful healing
properties, it is entirely harmless, and will not in*
jure the most delicate constitution When in per
fect health, no effect is produced by its use, ex
cept an increase of appetite ; but when disease is
seated in the frame, and carrying fast its victim
along the path of life, then its mysterious influ
ence is felt and seen $ it enkindles new life and
rigor, and brings health and strength to the suffer
ing and diseased,
SCROFULOUS AFFECTION OF THE EYES.
Winchester, Ky., Oct. 29, 1849.
A. B. &. D. Sands— Gentlemen: I would not
have presumed to write to you, if it was siot my
duty to let the public know the almost tuiracloiis
effect your Sarsaparilla has had upon me. My
limbs were covered with ulcerous sores, so that I
could not walk during the whole spring a»*d sum
mer. In this situation I coraipeßced the use of
your Sarsaparilla, and after taking two bottles was
entirely cured- ! must al o tell you of another
Wonderful cure. My brother was afflicted with
this scrofula in his herd, so bad his physician told
him the loss of his sight was inevitable, and perm
anent blindness seemed to be his fat ». Three bot
tles entirely restored his sight, and we ?aunot but
recommend all similarly afflicted to use Sands’
Sarsaparilla, Yours truly.
