THE Rail Road Cars will hereafter leave
Charleston at 7 o’clock A. M. and arrive
at Aiken at half past 5 o’clock P. M. remain at
Aiken all night, and leave next morning at 7
o’clock A. M. for Hamburg, and arrive there at
half past 8 A. M.
Passengers down, to leave Hamburg, at half
past 3 P. M. and arrive at Aiken at 5 P. M. re
main at Aiken all night, and depart for Charles

Information to Southern and
Nort hernTravellers.
THE Great Southern Mail leaves Augusta
for Mobile, New Orleans, via Columbus
and Montgomery, immediately after the arrival
of the Northern Mail Coach. By the Mail
Line, travellers are carried to VVarrenton, Spar -
ta, Milledgeville. Macon, Columbus, and Mont,
gomery to Mobile, at cheaper fare than by any
line running by any other route.
The Great Mobile and New Orleans Mail, is
now carried daily by this line.
At Warrenton. this line branches to Powelton,
Greenesboro*. Madison, to Decater; intersecting
at Madison, a line to Eatonton and Athens.
At Milledgeville, this line branches to Cl'nton
and to Macon—at the latter place intersecting and
forming a connexion with a line running to For
syth, Thomaston, and Ellerslie to Columbus.
At Montgomery, forming a connexion with the
line running to Tuscaloosa, and the interior ot
Tennessee.
The Telegraph Line, daily for Montgomery,
leaves immediately after the arrival of the Cars
from Charleston. This line runs through to
Montgomery, with great speed, possessing the
advantage of passing through the Creek Nation
by daylight.
The Great Mail for Washington City, leaves
every morning after the arrival of the Mail from
New Orleans, passing through the Towns of
Columbia, Camden, Cheraw, Fayetteville, Ral
eigh, and Tarboro’, to Halifax; at the latter
town, passengers can branch by Rail Road to
Petersburg or Norfolk. These lines are con
nected throughout the entire distance, and pas.
sengers are in no danger of being detained on the
road by conflecting interests. The Team. Coach,
es, and Drivers, on the whole line, are good, and
the Proprietors respectfully request a share of
the public patronage.
