On Friday and Saturday there was a (air demand for Upland at previous prices. Hut since then tho enquiry has moderated, and hol 'dets, generally, to ell’eclsales, have been willing to concede aqcaitcrlo a half cent oil last week s quotations, attributable to largo receipts, and an adrtneein freights: no later European intelli gence having been received.
