March s lh, 1838 UPON the petition of James Buchanan and Win Hosier, stating that Abner K Holliday, dec’d. late of Butko county, died in the county oi'Murray, on llie eight day ol September, 1834; by his certain bond of that dale, a copy of which is filed in this court, obligate himself to one 44 illiam Daniel, of Morgan county, his heirs or assigns, titles to two lots in the town ol Poinset, known hy the JVu2, and one half of No IG. And also hy hts certain other bond, made in tho same county on the 6th day of September, 1334, the said Abner E obligated himselfto execute [to the fsnid William Daniel, his heirs or assigns, the other halfofsaid lot No 10, in the said town of Pomset (a ropy of which last mentioned bond is filed in this court) and the said James and Willi.an are the assignees of said bonds, nnd also that said Abner E departed this ike without executing said titles; and praying this court Indi rect Matthew Jones, administrator of the estate of said Abner E., to execute the said lilies to the said James and William. It is thereupon, on motion of A/ulford Marsh, counsel for said petitioners, ordered, that unless good cause be shown to the contrary, that this court will, at July term next, direct said administrator to execute said titles.
